This was a beautiful custom-built home for a new family a few years before we were consulted, with stucco exterior and Mediterranean features.  In consulting with the homeowners, we were hired to stage a few major rooms in the home to reduce the personalization the family had added throughout their year of living here.  We wanted to showcase the property as being move-in ready, and have the main rooms, the kitchen, Master bed and bath, and the family room, be emotionally engaging, with soft and warm colours, and trendy contemporary décor pieces.  At CK Design, we took on the task of recognizing who our potential buyer may be.  This home sold in less than 2 weeks after it was staged.
