Our Story
Hello, we are Chris and Kathy Wilkes, owners of CK Design Group Ltd. We are a husband and wife team, and birthed a premium home renovation, design, and
staging company that transforms homes and spaces by delivering creative insights on both interior and exterior spaces. Our journey of uniting as a
renovation team began in 1999 when we purchased our first home together.
We began remodelling the 1800 square foot side split home to move into after we married in May of 2000. This marked the start of our story remodelling, renovating and designing homes. After renovating many personal homes for our own family, we were then hired by family, friends and then referrals of family and friends. We have international experience, having lived in Ontario, Canada, we moved with our two boys to Texas.
We are completing our own renovation and design projects as Real estate Investors, as our passion for remodelling, renovation and design has expanded. We have a creative and energetic adoration for everything associated with Real Estate. We serve clients in, Spring, The Woodlands, Houston, Katy, Cypress, Fulshear, Richmond, Sugar Land, Missouri City, and surrounding areas in Texas.
Our Goal
is to create beautiful homes and spaces through renovation, design and staged rooms for a faster sale with maximized profits or to enjoy yourself and help you fall in love all over again with your home. We are skilled and experienced in transforming homes by knocking down walls, opening spaces, raising ceiling, adding on rooms to increase square footage, or just decluttering a room and bringing in soft and warm furniture, artwork, and accent decor to help homebuyers understand the potential of every room in the home you are trying to sell. When buyers walk through your home, they will see themselves in your house as their own.
