We were contracted to renovate a few rooms in this home to elevate the home and get it ready to sell, to earn top dollar.  It was a large home on a beautiful lot, with plenty of space between neighbours, and it felt grand but it felt flat.  The request was to bring it to a place where it looked elegant and felt sophisticated, yet custom in appearance.  We wanted it to feel sleek, yet comfortable and fresh.  We wanted to use a lot of reflective surfaces, to bounce around all the light that this home had to offer. We wanted the owners and new potential buyers to say, “wow, it’s gorgeous” and that just what we accomplished.  We used plenty of the owners’ furnishings and décor, but changed out flooring, and fixtures, and lighting.
